As soon as he began to draw his blade, Carlotta had already moved forwards to strike. She would have cast a Bakudo spell beforehand, but she was too slow. Still, maybe she could catch him off guard or help out someway. She extended her hand and began to cast the strongest spell she knew. While she tried to use discretion, the name of the spell was clearly audible to everyone present.

"Bakudo #61, Rikujoukourou."

6 beams of golden light would try to stab into the man's waist. If she was successful, he would be locked in place.

Spoiler:

Lazarus would only come to shunpo at the sound of the Bakudo, vanishing form sight to appear behind the caster, a finger pointed out from the left hand to almost touch her lower back.
"Hado #4 Byakurai" Although it wasn't a high level kido, it would do sufficient damage if she wasn't able to dodge. His blade had been unsheathed in the shunpo, now holding the blade in his right hand. He wasn't a fan of kido in the slightest, but if this one insisted on using them, then he would follow suit.

Moves Used:

Carlotta smiled in the battle as her opponent not only dodged her attack, but her ally's as well. However, her smile faded as she noticed Lazy had decided to attack her ally. While she was a battle crazed maniac, she still had a set of morals, for the time being, and wouldn't attack someone weaker than her unless she had to.

She used a snunpo to head back to the rooftop and attempt to grab Kamiko at the waist and use another shunpo to take her away from the much higher powered Lazy.

Taking the butt of her blade, she would bonk Kamiko on the head and give her a glare.

"Are you a fucking idiot!?"

She yelled at the younger girl.

"Don't you sense that he is much more powerful than you are? He can kill you by blinking!"

Carlotta set the younger girl down on another rooftop that was a ways away from their opponent.

"Stay here, and don't get in the way. He isn't a hollow, you can't handle him."

With that lecture over, she would shunpo back over to the building where Lazy was and attempt to swipe her blade across his midsection.

HSM count:

"Hado #4 Byakurai."

Before she knew it, he was already behind her. If Carlotta hadn't made a timely intervention, Kamiko might have been taken out of battle by one of the lowest level Hado. She had felt so embarassed and frustrated and the Lieutenant's little speech to her didn't make her feel any better. She even hit her in the head with the blunt edge of her zanpakuto. Though she returned the blue haired girl's glare, she couldn't deny that she was right. That was the worst part. She couldn't handle him, she was an idiot for trying and there was nothing she could do. As Carlotta left her again, she simply hung her head in shame, though she was sure to watch over the battle.

Lazarus swung upwards with his blade a vertical swing that held the intention of blocking and pushing back the others zanpakuto. His demeanor changed for a moment, his gaze turning to Kago.
"I do admire your will to fight, courage like that is seldom found anymore..." After speaking the words, he would give her a genuine smile, one that faded as he returned his attention to the woman before him. With a sadistic smile, he would point his free hand to her, a cero charging in it, one that would be rather painful if she were hit at point blank range.

Plastered on Carlotta's face was a look of pure enjoyment. She was enjoying this battle. A blind man could see that. This was much more fun than fighting mere hollow. She planned to make this battle last a while, probably long enough to gain the attention of the Soul Society.

Looking at her opponents hand, she noticed that he was charging something that wasn't a kido spell. It reeked of hollow energy. Why would a shinigami be able to use a hollow's ability? No. This wasn't a shinigami. Back in her days at the academy, she had been told a story of how some shinigami had managed to attain the abilities of both shinigami and hollow. They were called Vizards. But the Captain Commander had taken them all out. Apparently that story was only half true. The enjoyment on her face became even more apparent. She was fighting an opponent that hadn't been seen in hundreds of years.

Using a shunpo, she would retreat backwards and to the left, planning to avoid her opponent's attack. At the same time, she let out a laugh befitting someone not in their right mind, as well as holding her blade at a diagonal angle from her body.

"Hahahahahaha! You must be a Vizard. Your kind hasn't been seen in hundreds of years."

Her laughter continued.

"Did you finally decide to crawl out of whatever hole you were hiding in? Or could it be that perhaps you were never hiding, just too much of a chicken shit pussy to get into a fight with the Gotei?"

She cocked her head back a little in laughter. When the laughter subsided she glared at her opponent.

"Then I guess I can go all out. Execute, Shikkō!"

As she spoke her release phrase, her black blade gave off a bright pink glow. At the same time, it started to shrink until all that remained of her weapon was a black, Rubik's Cube like object.

Actions:

She thought that she would be bored due to being relegated to the sidelines. She was dead wrong, which was much better than being dead. She might have cheered Carlotta on if she didn't want to feel ridiculous again. Hearing the enemy's kind words had cheered her up a bit though she didn't think of herself as brave. She was just supporting her ally. As she watched the battle unfold, she began to grow excited. She had never seen a shinigami launch a cero. Not a shinigami, she knew that he was not one of them in occupation, or soul. He was... a monster. That wasn't the technical term. She knew what he was from textbooks and stories but there was a difference between experience and description. They were almost fabled beings and she never thought she could see something like him.

Yet the lieutenant hadn't lost her cool. She mocked him and even laughed at him. As she heard her recite a release phrase and focus her reiatsu, she saw her Zanpakuto begin its transformation into its Shikai form. She must be getting serious. Of course she would need to against such an enemy. Or so she thought. Kamiko was quite surprised when her shikai took the form of... a cube? It was almost anti-climactic.

A brow was raised as the woman out right insulted him and his kind, such vulgar words from such a girl actually caught him by surprise. There had been a time when woman never spoke like that, he remembered a time when woman got beet red at that sort of language. With a sigh he shot the cero at the woman, aiming it for her abdomen. It wasn't much of anything to him, but when he fought he preferred to refrain from such language unless he was using his hollows help.

Sure it wouldn't be a point blank hit, but if the cero hit it would still do bleed worthy damage, and that was the point. Regardless of what the woman did, Lazarus held his blade at his side, his eyes staring her down even as the cero had been fired. In his experience, the release of shikai meant that the opponent was taking this serious enough to try harder hits, and if the woman wanted to do so that was her choice. Another thing he found in his experiences were that you should never underestimate a zanpakuto no matter the shape or size. Every blade was unique, and the fact that this woman's shikai was a cube only meant that it was dangerous. Nothing that small could be anything but destruction, and he wouldn't give her the chance to use it on him.

Moves Used:

She smirked as the vizard shot his cero at her. It was funny how she thought it would hit her. Kicking off the rooftop and dodging to the right using her shunpo, she would grip her cube and start to speak again.

"Execution Weapon Format #57: Ake!"

As she spoke the phrase, the cube would let of a bright pink glow. As it was glowing, it would start to turn and open up. Since it would take a few seconds to fully form her weapon, she would create 5 clones of herself and surround her opponent.

Actions:

Kamiko had taken back her doubts. Carlotta had easily stepped away from the blast of hollow energy though that wasn't surprising in the least to the blonde. What piqued her interest however was the transformation her Zanpakuto was exhibiting. Perhaps the most impressive feat was the 5 clones that she had summoned. She had heard of the technique and new that is was advanced. It was hardly surprising that she was so talented as it was impossible to make it to Lieutenant without it and yet Kamiko watched in awe.

With the softest of sighs, Lazarus would raise his index finger to his lips, mimicking a 'shhh' motion. In the same instance he would speak softly, his smile growing more as he did so.
"Embrace the Silence, Sairento." As he let his hand fall back to his side, a second blade would form in it, both it and his sealed zanpakuto appearing slightly different. On top of that his hollow mask would form over his face, the combination release and mask donning sky rocketing his spiritual pressure. This alone would be something the woman before him might find hard to deal with. The woman not partaking in battle might actually collapse from the combined boost in spiritual pressure, but then again he couldn't be sure.
