This fight will last three rounds. Each round will be composed of Sealed, Shikai, and Bankai. Survive all rounds to Pass the test. Each round will end randomly and at my approval of passing that particular portion of the release. The opponent will be Zabimaru's spirit form. Feel free to RP how and why the fight is taking place at your leisure. You will be given the first post. Let the fight commence!

Taraboro appeared in an immense jungle, large trees covering the ground like a green blanket. He found himself sitting down, so used his hands to push himself off the ground and stand up, turning his head to both sides. Either side, trees. Nothing else. Occasionally, a small worm, or possible a bird, but never a person. Who Taraboro was looking for was Zabimaru, the spirit of his Zanpakuto, and he had meditated for hours to come to his spirit world. But he couldn't find Zabimaru.

He walked around the forest, whenever he came across a larger tree than the others, he would mark it, taking out his Zanpakuto and slashing a cross on it before continuing.

"Where are you.." he spoke out loud, though not too loud, "Zabimaru..."

(sorry this is so short, I was in a hurry)

Zabimaru had been watching taraboro for minutes now, since the mans arrival. Crawling along the tree limbs just out of sight. The Zanpaktou knew what the man wanted. More power. Such was always the case with him, so much so that Zabimaru grew tired of it. Saru remained calm along the branch while Hebi crawled along the womans back in anticipation. The two intended to jump Taraboro any moment. Unlike their master, The two spirits didn't enjoy playing fair. They took every opportunity to attack their opponent. In this case, it was Taraboro. Finally, after Hebi slammed his fist into the womans back, Saru stood up and jumped from the limb above Taraboro towards him from behind to appease the little devil. Saru held their katana above her head with both hands on the hilt, intending to slam down on the man below them. To them this was a game and a game it would be. They screamed a loud roar as they did so, the make sure the man turned around just in time to see the blade coming down on him.

(OOC: Funny you say that, even though your post is longer than mine. Also, just a quick note, Taraboro isn't really always searching for power. He just wanted to get to know his Zan, but what the hey.)

A creak. That is what he heard an instant before a loud roar from a woman and a child. It came from behind. It was just like Zabimaru to attempt sneak-attacks, but they weren't very good at the sneaking part. Using this warning, The captain simply pushed his legs on the ground, bursting forward as his Zanpakuto fell to the ground. He turned to face the two spirits, something which was unique among Zanpakuto. A small breeze blew his messy hair backwards, as it did his Captain-Haori.

"Hello there, Saru, Hebi. He spoke, looking at both of them as he uttered their names with as much respect as possible. They were, after all, Taraboro's weapon, and a weapon that is miss-used is never a true weapon, or so Taraboro believes. He stood still, awaiting their response, knowing this was all most likely just a bit of fun to them. In a way, it meant just as much to Taraboro.

After all, it was not a real fight to the death.

(ooc: I assumed thats how zabimaru would interpret your relationship, not a reflection of your character. Its kind of a dick zan haha)

The Spirits were not surprised with the captains leap back. They knew he wasn't stupid enough to get hit by the blade. If he had been, then he was too stupid for them anyway. Saru slowly pushed up from the ground and stood up slowly while hebi quickly began balancing himself with his tail. Saru still held the blade, now at her side. The spirit then tilted her head at Taraboro while Hebi licked his lips. The two were an odd combination to look at, but Taraboro knew that already.

"What is it you want today? A new technique? I'm all out kid." Saru said shrugging her shoulders. Hebi just stared at the Captain with his eyes fixed on him. They knew he didn't hardly ever want anything, but they loved to fight and to mess around. Such things always were the case with the two. They had actually been surprised when he wanted bankai and it had been the only time that the man truly wished to fight them. It was somewhat odd that the man was so relaxed compared to the two of them. Saru was on the bitchy side while Hebi was a little demon in himself.  If this was them the two wondered how other shinigami and their spirits differed.

They then keep their stare as they waited for a response from the captain. It was odd of them to wait like this and it was becoming more obvious that they were growing impatient. Hebi started to catch flies within the world around them. The jungle was made for them, and they enjoyed every bit of it. More Hebi than Saru however. If the captain didn't get to the point soon, the two would just attack him again.

He stared at the pair for a long while, not the least bit impatient. He expected them to attack him again, but they seemed to hold out for a while. Sighing, he answered their question "No, I do not necessarily want anything. I simply believed it is good to train with your Zanpakuto. They stood still for a moment more.

Being the type of person he was, instead of using their impatience and boredom as a distraction, he spoke first.

"Very well, I shall go first"

His move was easy to dodge, and in a way, was just a way of Taraboro warming up. Taraboro Preformed a flash-step, travelling like a blur behind the pair, unsheathing his blade for a horizontal slash that would scar both their backs.

Abilities used:

The two knew sooner or later that Taraboro would attack. They knew their master well enough to know he enjoyed a good spar every now and then. They just enjoyed making fun of him more. The two figured he would do something predictable, he was rather straightforward with them and didn't like to get going until much later in a fight. So they would mess around with him abit until he got abit more serious. In all honesty, it had been abit since their last spar. The two were ready to fight, so they would savor it when the time came.

As the captain preformed his shunpo behind the pair, the two instinctively turned to respond. Saru meet the slash with one of her own. Crashing the blades together and propelling taraboro's weak warm up strike with a powerful attack of their own. The slash came upwards from the womans side , connecting across the length of the blade as they propelled Taraboro's backward. Saru then turned her wrist to bring the blade back down on their captain. The downward slash would come across the mans left down his right, coming right across the mans chest. The two put on a "really" face at the captain with their follow up move. They wanted him to know that they wanted to have fun. not be bored in a matter of minutes.

Taraboro knew their capabilities, and made sure to keep an eye on both Saru and Hebi. His attack was easily blocked and defended, as expected from his Zanpakuto spirit. Immediately, Taraboro thought of jumping away, his thought reinforced by the coming blade. Placing high power in his right leg, using his left to sort of keep himself rooted to the ground, he pushed back, the tip of the blade barely missing his chest. He saw the expression on their faces, and could not help himself but to give them what they wanted.

A chuckle, followed by the words, "Okay then, i'll give it my all, promise."

He aimed an open palm at the two. No, not at them, lower to the ground. Slowly, a small ball of red reiatsu began to form in his palm, becoming the size of a basket-ball.

"Hado number 32, Shakkaho!"

Instantly, the ball shot out, striking the ground just in front of them, causing a small explosion and shrouding them in smoke. He could not see them, which probably meant they could not see him, so he flash-stepped forwards, right in front of the smoke, slashing vertically again, this time with 75 percent of his full power.

As taraboro finally decided to play along,  the two spirits faces lifted to a higher disposition. As the smiles spread across their face,  their master let fly the kido towards them. It was a relatively average kido,  one the two had seen the master preform before.  As the shot eclipsed them before landing at their feet,  Saru tossed hebi the blade.

Just a split second before the kido landed.  The two jumped backwards and landed roughly a foot outside the blast radius of the kido.  It obviously hadn't meant to hit them,  but they decided to tease taraboro anyway. " Wow that was really something master.  Are you gunna throw a snowball at us next?" the young hebi said turning the blade in his hands. The motion was interrupted when taraboro exited his shunpo. The man was now within striking distance,  bringing his blade down onto Saru. the woman no longer held the blade however,  hebi did.

The snake like boy wasn't as direct as Saru at combat. Instead he favored tricks and traps to overtake his opponent.  It was the more mischievous of the two spirits. In that regard,  the young one took a shunpo of his own while Saru remained in a faked state of shock. The woman spirit knew what the boy was up too. The appeared to the mans right,  slightly behind him. The chain connecting the spirits together was tight and was what stopped him from going any further.  As he exited his shunpo, he twisted his arm back and swung the blade across taraboro's right shoulder. He hoped the sudden attack would force him to end his strike agains saru,  but Hebi really didnt care either way. Something the two would argue about in the future without a doubt.

Spoiler:

His blade came closer towards the woman, who seemed in shock, but Taraboro guessed it was a fake. However, he was not aware about the boy's tricks and mischief. His reflexes activated when, suddenly, the chain connecting the two appeared in front of of his very eyes, extending over to his right shoulder, were the snake-boy had appeared. He expected an attack and, with his guard raised high, he was able to evade by using a flash-step, appearing right behind the boy.

Now, he was using his full power. Approximately a meter away from the boy, he pushed off with his back leg, thrusting his blade forwards, aiming at the boy's right shoulder. He kept an eye on the woman, just able to see her green fur next to the boy's body.

(ooc:first off, i dont appreciate the bump. I waited three days for your post and didnt say anything when i was well in my right to. you can wait longer than a day for mine. Secondly, your not skilled enough in hakudo to preform the action you did. From my understanding, you stopped a full on sword swing by grabbing a hilt from behind you without even turning around. Thats just not possible any way you look at it. Please adjust the post.)

The two were done warming up. It was time to get serious with Taraboro. It would be much like one threw a switch, even their master would be slightly taken back by their change. Though it wasn't uncommon for them to do that. Typically there was always a point in the fight were things went from playful to aggressive, though the timing always varied. The pairs grin became more dark and menacing, a visual sign of their change in attitude. To start things off, Saru and Hebi both used sonido as one. The woman disappeared in a blur and arrived at Taraboro's left. Her body was already in midswing, releasing a powerful roundhouse kick to his left side with her left leg. Hebi however appeared at his right, slashing upwards across the back end of his right side from the mans hip towards his collar bone.

Hebi was mindful of a shunpo however. If the man vanished before he could connect, he could very well hit Saru, which the two knew. Their chain was loosely sagged in front of the man, making forward movement not a good option. He could only escape from coming out the back end of their attack, which is what they would expect. Saru already had something in mind for when that happened. Now it was up to their Captain. The two wondered if he would change his attitude as well and become more aggressive. It wasn't likely, as the man was too level headed. Yet the two always secretly hoped he would for once. If he had been a more aggressive man, they would have taught him their skills and techniques sooner than they had. But this was just the thoughts of two spirits and nothing more. The thoughts faded and refocused on the fight at hand.

moves used:

Their grins alerted Taraboro that they were no longer simply playing along with his little game. However, he was still slightly caught off guard by their Sonido. Hebi appeared to his right, whilst Saru to his left. A simultaneous attack. Quite clever, though Taraboro did not have the chance to praise them yet. He knew that their chain would stop him from moving forward, and he would be unable to block both attacks at the same time, but also suspected some sort of trap if he were to move back. But he had no other choice.

He kicked back with his legs, their attacks both barely missing him. After reaching about a meters distance, he kicked up, jumping back over the pair. As he flew over them, he lunged downwards at Saru's left shoulder with his blade, his attack strong and swift, though not unavoidable.

Abilities:
