Name: Beachtung Locken (Heeding Beckon)
Description: Generally accompanied by a grin (though not mandatory), Vaaine exercises a basic talent his electromagnetic-themed abilities would allow. In an instant, without any indication or warning all objects are pulled within a 50 yard radius towards an epicenter: Vaaine himself. The closer the object is to the epicenter, the faster the pull. At the bordering 50 yard edge to within 40 yards, the force of the pull, at minute, even atomic level, the objects are drawn to Vaaine with enough power to bring in a truck at 30 mph. Within 25 to 39 yards, the force can pull an 8-wheeler at 50 mph. Within 10 to 24 yards, essentially double the previous power (weight of two 8-wheelers at 100mph). All objects stop at 5 yards away from the epicenter abruptly, as in their momentum is maintained until the 5 yard point, often crushing much of the objects due to left-over inertia. Naturally, this technique may be resisted with enough body control.

Name: Gefangen Blitz (Trapped Lightning)
Description: In an instant, a line of electricity flows in a 50 yard radius, pentagonal in shape. From the vertices of the pentagon, lightning raises up. Followed by the raising of the lightning at the vertices shortly comes the replicated raise, except continued through the entirety of the pentagon. The bars of lightning stop after climbing 7 metres in height. From there, lightning closes of the top of the cage in similar fashion to the first few times. The lightning would effectively disintegrate anything without a reiatsu of average or up. A person with average would be severely burned and damaged. An expert would allow for getting through the cage easily, though one would receive minor tinges of their skin, applying minimal but sustained damage. A master would completely disregard the lightning. A hierro would also allow for ease of entry, but the same tinges of that with expert reiatsu would apply as well. Obviously, a hierro stronger than the basic would easily disregard the streaks of lightning.

Description: A passive ability which is active constantly for Vaaine, contributing to his heightened awareness as compared to a large majority of people. Within a 100 yard radius, due to his ability correlating towards Electromagnetism, he can feel even extremely slight occurrences within the range. Many smaller occurrences are brushed off, due to Vaaine requiring an adaption to this ability, thus needing to disregard a number of things detected. Spiritual-related occurrences within the field are harder to ignore within this field, due to his natural Quincy abilities, which seem to amplify their recognition within the field. Vaaine's reaction time is remarkable, nearly solely due to this passive technique.

Name: Urteil (Judgement/Verdict)
Description: Arguably Vaaine's strongest technique without Vollstandig. With a long preparation of three posts, an electromagnetic force builds up at cloud-level height. The natural make-up of clouds increase the speed of this process, effectively reducing the time it requires to prepare this technique by 1 post. The build up of the electromagnetic force, once at its peak, comes down with alarming force. Strike down with a circumference of 7 metres in a pillar sort of form, the force, its main destructive power being attributed to by lightning, devastates the location stricken. It nearly completely fries anything within it. An average in reiatsu would put a being at death's doorstep. An expert would damage the being adversely, and a master would receive minor wounds.
