Coming into the New Year, NRP (now OTA) struggled long and hard as activity dwindled down to almost nothing, but its heart wouldn’t stop beating. The new admin, Rillo has taken the reigns of the site and plans to lead it to a higher place. But, he cannot do it alone— he needs more than me and a few other staff members, he needs people, members, a community. He alone can’t keep OTA’s (renewed NRP) heart beating, just like Sakura can’t do it for Naruto alone. This is us extending our one-thousand arms out to all of you, with open hands, hoping that you will allow us to bring you to a place where you can have some good Naruto fun.

What do you have to look for? Two big things: a warring states-like era and a ridiculous promotion!
