Inner World:
Kaze's inner world is that of a gigantic shallow pond filled with a bright light blue water, that shines bright in the night sky. Around the edges are different types of flowers with their vines digging into the ground beneath them and toward the center of the pond. Wind blows heavily here and push's the flowers around every time it blows. At the center Kaze kneels down into the water and just sits there, with her violin in her lap. The sky is black with stars that are hard to see with the brightness of the pond.

Appearance:
She has the appearance of a young girl of about twelve years old, with short snow white hair in two pony tails. Her left eye is a light green with a cat like look to it, while the other is covered by a blue rose like eye patch, that look's like it actually popping out of her eye socket. She wear's a small black top hat tilted to the right on her head, with a light blue transparent bow with a blue rose on it. Her outfit has a elegant feel to it, its has puffy shoulder's and long sleeves and white decorative cuffs, one piece dress, with a pale yellow color. Buttoned to the collar, held with horizontal stripes of two different shades of purple. She is usually found with a light blue violin in her hands.

Personality:
Ayame is a elegant yet sadistic character, who likes to be above others in strength and intelligence. When spoken to she speaks with authority and sweet voice, trying her best to help out when needed or just trying to be nice. But when annoyed or agitated she can have s certain tone, which she uses to scared others or make herself sound more evilish, while still holding that elegant look.

When she is serious her face gets a dull look and doesn't look as if she is interested in anything, making her look and sound more serious, which hardly ever happens unless, Leona is in need of help spiritually.

Soul Connection: Mio and Kaze are connected by their opposite personality's as Mio is more selfless and Kaze is more selfish. They work well together having those moments where they usually don't agree with things but when they do they both know that's the road to take. Though Kaze can be helpful when she wants to and Mio can also be deadly when she needs to.

Sealed State--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Appearance: Kaze's sealed state is that of a normal katana blade. The blade itself has an Steel blade attached to a white handle wrapped in a black cloth. At the end of the handle is a thin string with a star pendent at the end. The sheath is black with a a floral design at the edge and a straight line going down. Mio wields Kaze on her left side of her hip, held up by her sash.

Appearance: Mio places both hands on her Zanpakuto's handle and pulls her hands outward to the sides. Her zanpakuto splits it's image into two having one sword in each hand. They are a long silver bladed katana with a black handle. The guard is shaped in a oval and a small string with a star pendant at the end of both.

Ability: Air Blades: By slashing at the air, Mio can release transparent blades of wind which cut enemies from a distance. They appear to be extremely powerful, easily killing a giant Hollow by cutting it into pieces.

Name: Wind X
Description: Slashing forward in the shape of an X, she sends a blast of condensed wind also in the shape of an X toward the object or enemy. Able to cut through stone.

Description: Summoning the winds to surround both blades, they gain speed and larger sharpness allowing the blades to cut through more objects not only solid objects but reiatsu attacks as well.

Name: Bomb Thrust
Description: Mio concentrates her Reiatsu into a sphere in front of her which begins to glow with spiritual energy, until it takes the shape of a glowing orb. She then fires it as an energy blast with extreme force by trushing her blade into it. This blast is quite devastating, by the orb forcing toward the opponent and blasts them with condensed winds.

Name: Wind Burst Barrier
Description: She puffs out her chest and concentrating her reiatsu into her chest. Within seconds she releases her reiatsu as it manifests as a strong current of wind that blows around her whole body, in one direction. Able to blast away physical attacks such as punches, kicks, swords and spears back toward the enemy.

Name: Winds Crescent Fang
Description: Pulling both blades back behind her, then lashes then horizontally in front of her releasing a large crescent of pressurized wind able to cut through any solid object. The crescent moves at high speeds and can be stopped by a A rank tech.

Name: Kaze Kogo (Wind Empress)

Appearance: Both blades disperse into bursts of wind that surround her arms and legs. A set of gauntlets appear on her hands, arms and forearms up to her shoulders. Large blades stretch out from her elbows and her fingers have small blades on the top. And a pair of thigh high boots, with high heels. The front of the boots have a blade that sticks out and a blades stretch out from the knees upward and are about the size of half a katana. Both the gauntlets and boots are metallic silver.

*Character Change: She doesn't really change when she releases her bankai

Ability: Augments: Releasing her bankai strengthens both her physical strength and her reiatsu's strength greatly.

Name: Bladed Vacuum
Description: Clapping her hands in front of her. Mio summons a tower of winds that surround her opponent, with a vacuum sucking toward the ground holding them down to the ground while the strong winds start to cut them in every direction, even the ground they are standing on.

Name: Hurricane Rupture
Description: She snaps her fingers and soon wind starts to erupt around her feet. Growing outward the wind picks up, going faster and faster. Soon it looks like a large hurricane taking up anything along with it. These winds are sharp enough to cut through solid objects and even stop attacks. Anyone under B rank is caught and taken up by the hurricane. The hurricane covers large plains and allows Mio to move about freely without having to fight the wind.

Name: Tornado Torpedo Drill
Description: Wind starts to spin around her hands and arms creating large wind tornadoes on her hands spinning like drills. She jumps back and lunges her hands toward the enemy shooting both tornadoes toward them and the tornadoes fuse together making an even bigger one. It strikes there belly and shoots them up into the sky, the tornadoes grow in size cutting their stomach, and turns back toward the ground with twice the speed and started to go through their body and explodes the ground on impact.

Alright, sorry for the delay in grading this application mio. I had no idea it was posted.

1. Techs. All your techniques I think need to have a kido level equivalent to them in terms of power. Also for hurricane rapture and wind crescent fang, instead of using a specific letter grade I'd go with so many ranks higher or lower than you. That way the techniques grow in power as you do.

other than that i can't really grade much else unless I know that.
