Sighing, Xanthus would plant the sword in his right hand into the ground with enough force to drive the katana halfway into the Wall. Closing his eyes but leaving his other senses wide open, he would begin to take deep and calming breaths. Slowly, the armoring and web-like silken 'clothing' adorning his body would become as shadow-liquid again. The katana would join the armoring in becoming this substance, and a reverse of the 'donning' of the armor would occur. Instead of traveling onto his body, the substance was pulled towards the sword, which grew and began to take on the form of a spider. Eventually, there was no armoring, only Zanmato and a newly reformed Giftspinne. The Blood Lord would open his eyes again, and they would be revealed to have returned to normal, complete with white sclera and an expression lacking in predatory intentions. Instead, his eyes spoke only of calmness and of thoughts that were well collected.

Zanmato had returned.

"Hmm...I can understand that sentiment. Very well. Considering the fact that this is an improper location, and the fact that I would like to battle you again on another day...perhaps we should consider this fight to be a draw for now?" Being quite ancient himself, Zanmato could also appreciate the glorious qualities of a structure that could last for so long. Perhaps his thinking was muddled slightly in Core Form to aid with combat, but in normal form, he had to admit that this was a terrible location for a battle between himself and a Hollow leader.

Nodding to the other, Gabriel would sheath his zanpakuto, his ressureccion reverting in the process. The air behind him would open in the form of a garganta. A smile would cross his lips, and he would hold out his hand once again for the other to shake if he so wished to.
"For now a draw then, until we meet again Xanthus."

Smiling, the Blood Lord would appear where the Primera stood before his garganta. Extending his right hand, Xanthus would shake the Arrancar's as though he were bidding farewell to a friend rather than an enemy. "Until we meet again, Gabriel." Releasing the man's hand, Zanmato would wait for the garganta to close, then he would allow his reiatsu which had still been slightly flaring, to subside.

Shaking the others hand in the same way, Gabriel would take a single step back. Staring at the other with a smile, the Garganta would close much like a starving mouth would, and with that he would be gone.

For a moment, Xanthus and Asterion would stare at the place where Gabriel had just been.  Then the moment would be over, and they would revert back to Zanmato and Giftspinne once more.  "...what was that?"  His Doll asked from the ground, looking up at him with the closest that the spider could come to slight confusion.  "Come now, oh Doll of mine.  Not every battle has to end in death or dismemberment.  Besides, it's much more interesting to have enemies that are somewhat like friends than enemies who treat you like an enemy."  For a moment, Zanmato would place his hand on his chin, as though he were needing to think about something.  Then he snapped the fingers on his right hand.  

"Hmm...respect!  That's what I'm looking for.  Mutual respect is a good thing to have between opponents who consider each other to be worthy combatants.  Anyway, let's go collect my people and continue with this inspection.  I have the sudden desire to continue sightseeing along this wall."  With that, Giftspinne would simultaneously roll its eight eyes and dive into the ground, crawling about in its shadow-form underneath the Blood Lord, who was smiling a very amused smile right now.  'It's been a while since I last had an actual challenge during combat.  Let's meet again, Gabriel Zeil, and soon.'  He thought to himself before disappearing to go find his Bount servitors.
